Housekeeping Schedule for 2026

Inspections will be conducted on a monthly basis by the EHA Site Manager and EHA Maintenance Tech (if available).

February 2026:

• Thursday, February 19
  • 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM

March 2026:

• Tuesday, March 10
  • Rose Lane - Odd Addressed Units
    
    
• Thursday, March 12
  • Rose Lane - Even Addressed Units
    
    
• Tuesday, March 17
  • Johnson Street and Palmetto Street
    
    
• Thursday, March 19
  • Bates Avenue - Even Addressed Units

  • Morin Street and E Magnolia Avenue

IF there is something that needs to be working on in your unit, the work will be done by the maintenance department with the following 7 business days. The Inspection Form will show the information that was gathered while we were there.

IF you need to schedule a time for the Maintenance Tech to come and do the work that we found at the time of the initial inspection, Contact the office, immediately, to set up an appointment. You will be given a window timeframe for when it will be done.

Follow-Up Inspection will be conducted 7 days after the work has been done to make sure your unit stays within the HUD Compliance Standards. An appointment will be set for this inspection with you
